Mr. Dilip Kumar Choudhary, was appointed as a Director of the Company since 27th May, 2017. Presently, he has been reappointed on the Board as the Whole Time Director of the Company from 1st June, 2025. Choudhary holds a bachelor degree in Arts and having more than 13 years of experience in the field of Accounts and financial matters.
Mrs. Ayeshi Chanak, Additional Non-Executive Woman Director
Mrs. Ayeshi Chanak, aged 30 years has been appointed on the Board (under the category of Women Director) as additional director (Non-executive) with effect from 3rd January, 2020. She has over 8 years of experience inter-alia in the field of business and administration.
Mr. Jitendra Kumar Bhagat, Independent Director
He has been appointed as the Director of the Company since 12thAugust, 2021. He has over 5 years of experience inter-alia in the field of Finance and administration. He has extensive knowledge in areas as Accounts, Finance, Investment, Management etc.
Mr. Ganga Sharan Pandey, Non-Executive Independent Director
Mr. Ganga Sharan Pandey , was appointed as a Non-Executive Independent Director (Independent Category) of the Company for a period of 5 years commencing from 26th September to 25th September, 2029. Mr. Ganga Sharan Pandey is a Chartered Accountant He has more than Twenty five years of experience in direct and indirect taxation
Mr. Himangshu Mondal, Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Himangshu Mondal was appointed on the Board on 14th February, 2025 as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the Company. He hold a degree in Bachelor of Commerce from Bagnan College,. He is having 20 years of experience in the field of finance and accounts with various corporate bodies. He has extensive knowledge in areas as Accounts, Finance and Taxation etc.
